Nicole Sarasua was born on Long Island, New York and raised in Miami, Florida. She attended Florida International University, Majoring in Political Science with a Minor in Psychology. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she graduated from Florida International University , School of Law.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Sarasua went on to complete her three year commitment with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. During her time as an Assistant State Attorney, Ms. Sarasua tried more than twenty cases while prosecuting criminals for crimes such as DUI, drug trafficking, armed burglary, and armed robbery. Ms. Sarasua has used these skills gained as a prosecutor to assist her in the civil arena where she handles personal injury cases involving premises liability, complex torts, and pharmaceutical litigation.
Ms. Sarasua is proficient in Spanish and French. In her free time she enjoys the arts, yoga, and indoor cycling. Her civic activities include memberships in the League of Prosecutors, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Key Biscayne Bar Association.
