Diversity Policy

At MSZL&M, diversity, equity and inclusion are central to who we are and what we represent. We understand that having a varied perspective generates better ideas to solve the complex issues of an increasingly diverse world.  From our Diversity/Inclusion Committee to our Women’s Employee Resource Group, we strive to create a workplace where everyone is empowered to bring their full, authentic selfs to the workplace.

MSZL&M actively engages in numerous community activities to further commit to creating a more diverse and inclusive environment including the Philadelphia Support Center for Child Advocates, the DeMoya Foundation, Hispanic National Bar Association, and the Maryland Juvenile Justice Coalition, to name just a few. Our vision at MSZL&M is to create an environment that values unique contribution which builds a greater understanding of the intersectionality of our respective backgrounds, views, and experiences.
