Mr. Bundock joined the firm in April 2024. He handles general negligence and Labor Law construction accident cases and has a special interest probing fraudulent claims. Mr. Bundock began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office where he gained experience working in the Auto Crimes Bureau investigating and prosecuting auto theft and “chop shop” operations.
In the private sector Mr. Bundock has extensive experience defending medical malpractice, product liability, construction accident, and general liability matters. Additionally, he has worked as a consultant in the financial services industry providing analyses of civil and criminal lawsuits and investigations against publicly traded companies.
Mr. Bundock has appeared before and tried cases in the Criminal and Civil Terms of the Supreme Court in New York City, as well as the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. He has appeared before and argued cases in the Appellate Division, Second Department, and has appeared before the Federal District Courts in New York.
