Diversity Policy

At MSZ&W, diversity, equity and inclusion are central to who we are and what we represent. We understand that having a varied perspective generates better ideas to solve the complex issues of an increasingly diverse world.  From our Diversity/Inclusion Committee to our Women’s Employee Resource Group, we strive to create a workplace where everyone is empowered to bring their full, authentic selfs to the workplace.

MSZ&W actively engages in numerous community activities to further commit to creating a more diverse and inclusive environment including the Philadelphia Support Center for Child Advocates, the DeMoya Foundation and the Hispanic National Bar Association, to name just a few. Our vision at MSZ&W is to create an environment that values unique contribution which builds a greater understanding of the intersectionality of our respective backgrounds, views, and experiences.

Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG)

The Women’s ERG meet monthly and discuss a variety of topics including work/life balance and current events impacting women’s rights. The Group fosters a mentoring environment for the firm’s women lawyers providing them with the tools to lead us into the future here and in the community at large.

Our mission is to promote women professionals in the firm, to share and exchange ideas for the enhancement of our contribution to the firm, share successes and obstacles, promote networking and professional development, community outreach and promote the hiring of additional women professionals.
