Biography
Matthew J. Minero is a highly experienced trial attorney with more than 25 years of practice in the defense and litigation of complex, catastrophic, and high-exposure claims. His practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including New York Labor Law, premises liability, property damage, professional liability, products liability, and dram shop claims.
Mr. Minero has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation from inception through verdict. He is recognized for his strategic approach to complex cases and his ability to effectively manage high-stakes matters through every phase of the litigation process, including trial.
In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Minero has substantial experience in insurance coverage litigation. He regularly advises clients on coverage issues and takes a proactive role in counseling insurers and businesses on risk management and risk transfer strategies designed to minimize exposure and protect their interests.
Mr. Minero is also deeply committed to community service. He is an active member and two-time past president of the Kiwanis Club of Huntington, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in the Town of Huntington, New York, and communities throughout the world.
