Biography
Jessica M. Serva is a partner in the firm’s Melville office, focusing on the defense of complex, high-exposure general liability matters, including labor law, construction claims, premises liability, motor vehicle and transportation accidents, and property damage. She has extensive experience in all aspects of motor vehicle litigation, including subrogation, SUM/UM, and No-Fault matters.
An accomplished trial attorney, Ms. Serva handles cases from inception through verdict and provides strategic counsel on risk management and risk transfer. She is also highly experienced in mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Serva was a partner at a New York litigation firm, where she managed all phases of trial litigation. She currently serves as Deputy Prosecutor for the Village of Rockville Centre and is a member of the Rockville Centre Community Fund Committee.
Ms. Serva has been recognized as a New York Super Lawyer from 2023 through 2026 and is admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
