Biography
Amol N. Christian concentrates his practice in catastrophic and high-exposure bodily injury litigation, with a focus on construction worksite claims arising under New York’s Labor Law, as well as premises liability and transportation liability matters. He is an experienced litigator who has handled cases from inception through trial across New York State and has represented clients in complex and high-stakes disputes.
Amol has extensive appellate experience and has argued before the New York State Appellate Divisions on a variety of matters, demonstrating his ability to effectively advocate for clients at both the trial and appellate levels.
He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team. Amol is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
