  • Alternative Dispute Resolution

Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers, LLP offers clients a full range of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options, including arbitration and mediation.  The attorneys in our ADR practice are cognizant of the trends and changes in the litigation landscape and work with clients to ensure they understand the ADR options that may be available to them.   We focus on developing customized case strategies that bring disputes to a fair resolution early in the process and in the most cost-effective manner possible.

The firm routinely provides assistance to clients in setting up settlement conferences to resolve both pre-suit and litigated matters both with and without Third Party Mediators.

At MSZL&M, we are mindful that traditional litigation often does not meet the needs of our clients.  Litigation can be unpredictable, costly, and time-consuming, so our attorneys evaluate cases individually to determine whether an alternative form of resolution would be beneficial for our clients.

MSZL&M attorneys are particularly well-qualified to represent clients in arbitrations and mediation proceedings, ranging from the simplest matters to the most complex multi-party, multi-jurisdictional proceedings.  The lawyers in our ADR practice have decades of collective experience litigating a diverse variety of civil cases.  The knowledge and perspective we have gained as litigators and trial attorneys positions our firm to achieve the best possible solutions for our clients in mediation, arbitration and other ADR forums.   Our attorneys also actively participate as mediators in Court Mandated Mediation Programs, serve as arbitrators and chair persons of arbitration panels, and are regularly selected to serve as neutral arbitrators in a wide range of disputes.
