  • Gabler, also known as “Gabe,” joined the Delaware office in 2021.  His aim is to defend cases thoroughly while remaining mindful of cost and efficiency.  He focuses on insurance defense, representing clients on behalf of their respective insurance carriers and representing carriers themselves in actions for coverage and first-party benefits.  His work includes, in part, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and product liability.

Prior to practicing law, Gabe attended the Tome School in North East, Maryland, from kindergarten through the twelfth grade.  Upon graduation, he then enrolled at Washington College, where he double-majored in anthropology and philosophy.  After receiving his B.A. from Washington College, he enrolled at the Widener University Delaware Law School, where he earned his J.D.

While at Washington College, Gabe was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa, Lambda Alpha, and Phi Sigma Tau honor societies.  At Delaware Law School, he served as an editor to the Widener Law Review and earned the Charles Zencey Award for Environmental Law for his practice in the environmental law clinic.  From both schools, he graduated cum laude.

When not practicing law, Gabe enjoys hiking with his fiancée, Emma, playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends from college, and growing bonsai trees.  He also attends the Elkton United Methodist Church, where he has served on the Staff-Parish Relations Committee, and he attends Shabbat services at Beth Shalom in Wilmington, where Emma is a member.
