Michelle Hardin joined the firm in 2019 as an appellate attorney responsible for handling the appeals and trial support in our three Florida offices.
Born in Santa Monica, California, Michelle moved to South Florida at a young age always aspiring to become an attorney. From the time she graduated high school, she worked as a Litigation File Clerk, Paralegal, and Law Clerk gaining extensive experience in legal practice prior to becoming an attorney. After graduating law school, Michelle worked as an appellate, personal injury, and maritime attorney on both the defense and plaintiff’s side. Michelle has authored published articles in including Is that Claim Covered? An Overview on CGL Policies and When Should Seaman Status Begin? A Comparison between the Fifth Circuit and Eleventh Circuit Decisions.
Michelle lives in Miami, Florida with her miniature dachshund, Little Man. She loves a good challenge and adventure, being known to do MMA, go on shark dives and skydives, as well as, go snowboarding, caving, and rock climbing. Her favorite activities include painting, traveling, and spending time with her family.
