  • BACKGROUND LEGAL:

    Have litigated cases in a variety of legal practice areas including but not limited to insurance defense, mortgage foreclosures, torts, contract claims, intellectual property and commercial litigation.

     

    BACKGROUND NON-LEGAL:

    During initial career, spent 16-plus years in the banking/ savings and loan industry largely in a financial, audit and administrative capacity during which time at least six years were spent with the FDIC/ Resolution Trust Corporation dealing with the failed savings and loans throughout the United States, particularly in Florida and Puerto Rico.
