Prior to joining MSZL&M, Mr. O’Connell served as corporate counsel to a global industrial management company, and was in that capacity responsible for managing environmental and other corporate legacy liabilities across the United States and Canada. In private practice with major Pittsburgh law firms, Mr. O’Connell also successfully litigated a wide variety of matters, including commercial and construction litigation, environmental law, e-commerce and toxic tort/personal injury defense.
