Edward I. Wicks is an experienced commercial litigator. He has successfully defended businesses and individuals in premises liability, products liability, and motor vehicle actions. His diverse legal experience also includes defending medical malpractice and employment law cases with positive outcomes. With the breadth of his background, Mr. Wicks understands the complexities involved in working with both carriers and their insureds, and seeks to provide individualized attention and creative solutions to optimize the results in each case.
Prior to embarking on a legal career, Mr. Wicks graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Business and worked in financial services for a major automotive company. While there, Mr. Wicks was an advocate for providing top-rated customer service and led several core value initiatives. This commitment to service continues in his dedication to provide legal clients with proactive, assertive representation and timely, effective communication.
Mr. Wicks obtained his law degree from Temple University. While a student, he interned at New Jersey Office of the Public Advocate and Temple’s Center for Community Non-Profit Organizations. Additionally, Mr. Wicks was a staff editor for the Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental Law.
Mr. Wicks grew up in southern New Jersey and currently resides in Pennsylvania. He is proudly loyal to the Philadelphia sports teams and eternally optimistic about the next season. In his free time, Mr. Wicks enjoys running, exploring different foods, trying new experiences, and watching science fiction.
