Orlando Valle

     Orlando Valle was born in San Leandro, California. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration — Finance from California State University at Stanislaus in 1996. Mr. Valle then obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2001. As part of his academic program at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, he also obtained a concentration in International Law. Thereafter, Mr. Valle completed the University of Miami Law School LL.M. program in Inter-American Law in 2002 and currently awaits approval of his graduate thesis.

     After graduating from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Mr. Valle undertook intensive research along with his professor, Robert Bejesky, Esq., which resulted in the co-authoring of a law review article discussing Antitrust Law. After completing the LL.M. program at the University of Miami Law School, Mr. Valle was admitted to practice in Florida.

     His legal career began in 2002, working on personal injury, medical malpractice and immigration matters. Then, in 2003, he joined Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers, LLP, where he formally began his career as a trial attorney, serving as counsel in trials in State court and arbitrations held before American Arbitration Association panels.

     Mr. Valle practices throughout the State of Florida in the fields of Motor vehicle and Trucking liability, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Construction Defect, Agricultural Law, Professional Negligence in Construction, Medical and Legal Malpractice cases and Business Litigation.
