Benjamin J. Tartaglia, III Benjamin Tartaglia, III was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bucknell University in 1993. Mr. Tartaglia received his Law Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1996. Mr. Tartaglia is admitted to the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Tartaglia practices in the areas of Motor Vehicle Litigation, Trucking and Common Carrier Claims, Subrogation Law and Premises Liability. Mr. Tartaglia was hired as an associate by the firm in 1996 following a clerkship with the firm that began in 1994. He was elected partner effective January 1, 2005 after spending six years in the firm’s New Jersey office, where he litigated cases in both state and federal court. Besides practicing law, Mr. Tartaglia has been an adjunct professor for Seton Hall University since 1999 teaching in the university’s Human Resources Training and Development Graduate Studies Program. |
