Charles B. Stokes Chuck Stokes is an Associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Chuck was born in Philadelphia and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Temple University in 1977, and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University in 1980. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania, and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Chuck is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and has practiced primarily in property and casualty defense litigation for more than 25 years. He concentrates his practice in commercial premises and construction litigation, products liability, professional liability, motor vehicle and uninsured/underinsured motorist litigation. Chuck frequently serves as a defense arbitrator in uninsured/underinsured motorist matters, and as a court-appointed arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. |
