Michael E. Stern
Michael Stern was born in the Bronx, New York. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Bernard M. Baruch School of Business and Public Administration of the City College of the City of New York. Mr. Stern earned his Law Degree from the St. Johns School of Law in 1971.
Mr. Stern is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Stern is also on the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Stern spent many years as a partner and managing attorney in a well-known New York City insurance defense firm, where his practice concentrated on insurance coverage, coverage litigation, premises and automobile liability and construction cases. He has lectured at in-house training courses for liability claim examiners and developed a training course on the New York no-fault law for an insurer about to enter the New York market.
Mr. Stern is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. |
