Robert W. Shaw, III Robert W. Shaw, III was born in Lindenwold, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Science in 1997 from The University of Scranton. Mr. Shaw received his Law Degree from Rutgers School of Law – Camden, New Jersey in 2000. He joined Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers as an associate in 2000.
Mr. Shaw is admitted to the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He has extensive jury trial experience in both states. He briefed and argued various appellate issues before the New Jersey Superior Court – Appellate Division, Pennsylvania Superior Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Shaw also serves as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. He focuses his trial practice on civil litigation matters including General Insurance Defense Litigation, Common Carrier Negligence, Dram Shop Litigation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability and Products Liability.
