Scott D. Goldman

Scott D. Goldman was born in Charleston, West Virginia. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Public Policy from the Washington University School of Engineering in 1992. Mr. Goldman graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1995. After practicing in West Virginia for 6 years, working for both the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection and West Virginia’s oldest and largest law firm, Mr. Goldman moved his practice to Pennsylvania.

Mr. Goldman is licensed in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Goldman is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the United States Circuit Courts, D.C. and Fourth Circuits; and United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, Northern District of West Virginia and Southern District of West Virginia.

He practices general litigation.
