Sabrina E. Brooks

     Sabrina E. Brooks was born in Manhattan, NY. After graduating high school in New York, Ms. Brooks moved to Miami, where she attended the University of Miami. She graduated from the University of Miami in 2003, Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. In 2006, Ms. Brooks graduated Cum Laude with a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Ms. Brooks received the book award in Contracts and wrote on to the Journal of Law and Public Policy. She also worked as a research assistant, helping to compile information for the ABA’s Death Penalty Moratorium Implementation Project.

Ms. Brooks joined the Florida office of Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers after working there as a law clerk during her second summer and third year of law school. After graduating, Ms. Brooks immediately joined the firm as an associate in its litigation practice. Ms. Brooks is presently admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida and is a member of the Miami-Dade Bar Association as well as The American Bar Association. She practices in the areas of Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, Construction Litigation, Professional Liability, Personal Injury, and General Liability Defense.
