Gina E. Romanik Gina E. Romanik was born in Elgin, Illinois. In 1995, she obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida receiving a Bachelors of Arts in Economics with a minor degree in Business Administration. Ms. Romanik went on to the University of Miami where she became Vice President of the Student Bar Association and Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. She was a member of the International Moot Court Board and Yearbook of International Law (International Law Review). In 1997, Ms. Romanik was inducted into the prestigious Iron Arrow Honor Society. She received her Law Degree in 1998. Upon graduation Ms. Romanik worked in the areas of commercial litigation and real estate, specializing in realtor and commercial property disputes. She went on to practice insurance defense, focusing on coverage disputes and automobile liability; trying a case in front of the United States District Court in the Middle District of Florida. In 2004, she joined the law firm of Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers where she continues to practice in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, products liability and Florida No Fault Law. Ms. Romanik is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. She practices in the areas of Coverage Disputes, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Automobile Liability, and General Liability Defense. Ms. Romanik is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and Dade County Defense Bar Association. During her free time, she assists in managing Dutchie Music, Inc., a local record label. |
