Robert W. Galbraith
Mr. Galbraith is a native of the Pittsburgh area and joined the firm in July of 2007. He is a graduate of Sewickley Academy’s class of 1992 and obtained his B.A. in political science from Westminster College in 1996.
After working at a major consumer bank in Pittsburgh, Pa, Mr. Galbraith attended the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, OH. While a student at Case, he was a member of the Craven Moot Court Team and the recipient of the Paul J. Hergengroeder Award for Excellence in Courtroom Tactics, the Dean Dunmore Distinguished Advocate Award, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Tactics. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2000 before returning to Pennsylvania to begin his practice.
Since 2000, Mr. Galbraith has practiced civil defense litigation and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. His current practice includes automobile defense liability, professional negligence, premises liability, and general liability.
