Frank Pintauro Frank Pintauro was born is New York City, New York. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University majoring in Criminal Justice. He received his Law Degree from the Touro Law School where he received an award for academic excellence in the subject of Pre-Trial Litigation. While at Touro, he worked full-time as a Law Clerk for a well-known insurance defense law firm and continued as an associate responsible for handling a variety of defense litigation matters. Mr. Pintauro then became a partner in a New York City based law firm. There, he handled general liability, professional liability, and insurance coverage matters. He was responsible for that firm’s appellate practice having argued several cases before the Appellate Division, Second Department. Mr. Pintauro has been practicing in the areas of insurance and liability defense since 2001. In that time, he has handled numerous mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. In addition, Mr. Pintauro has over fifteen years experiencing working for and managing retail establishments. This experience includes operations and loss prevention enforcement. He currently is an adjunct professor instructing students in paralegal studies and loss prevention management. He has also conducted legal seminars for insurance company professionals on various litigation issues. Mr. Pintauro is admitted to practice law in the State of New York (2001) and in the Federal Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2001). He also practices before numerous Alternative Dispute Resolution forums. Mr. Pintauro is a senior associate at the Long Island office in New York. |
