Meyers has steadily built its defense practice over the last 19 years, it
has also quietly built its subrogation practice. Priding ourselves on our
relationship based involvement with our clients, we have continuously

Whereas some
firms claim to specialize in subrogation, only undertake subrogation on a
regional level, require a 33 1/3 fee structure, or have minimum requirements
for case values, MSZL&M Zeris Ledva & Meyers rejects these principles.
These are the reasons why we are different and how we serve our clients
rather than expect our clients to fit into our needs.

We do not specialize in
subrogation. We specialize in litigation and our knowledge of the
insurance industry. Every story has two sides and not being knowledgeable
of both sides of litigation will lead to poor management of cases and
decision making.

We handle files for our client
across the country. We do not limit ourselves to any state or territory.
Our attorneys have served as national coordinating counsel for various
clients and have brought that experience into the subrogation realm. By
building relationships with our local attorneys and experts, we have built
a cost effective, responsive model for our clients.

The 33 1/3% fee structure
outdated. Though some cases may warrant such a fee, there are many cases
that require nothing more than a 10% fee structure to obtain full
compensation. As such, MSZL&M Zeris Ledva & Meyers looks at new and
interesting methods of compensation with its clients. We have
relationships with fee structures that incorporate net recoveries, gross
recoveries, uninsured cases, and sliding scales.
