MSZL&M OPENS NEW LOCATION IN PITTSBURGH Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers is pleased to announce the opening of a new location in Pittsburgh. The office opened on March 7, 2005, and will serve the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia area. It is located in Foster Plaza 5 in the Greentree area of Pittsburgh. The office is ideally situated to handle litigation throughout Western Pennsylvania and West Virgina. The addition of this office will also allow MSZL&M to effectively and efficiently handle litigation throughout the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. With five offices throughout the Northeast United States and an office in South Florida, MSZL&M is responding to our clients’ continued needs and requests with a comprehensive and regional approach to their litigation needs. The office will be managed by Jennifer Keadle Mason, Esq. Ms. Mason is new to the firm but not to the practice of law in these jurisdictions. Prior to law school, Ms. Mason worked for both State Farm Insurance Company and Oak Casualty Insurance Company. Following law school, Ms. Mason began her practice in Wheeling, West Virginia doing mainly commercial and personal injury defense work. She has handled cases dealing with employment and contract disputes, civil rights, workers compensation, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage disputes. After about ten years, Ms. Mason decided to extend her practice to Pennsylvania and joined a Pittsburgh law firm which focused on medical malpractice defense and the defense of personal injuries which occurred in hospital and/or health care related settings. Ms. Mason decided to go into the practice of law after witnessing her Uncle, the Honorable Judge Thomas Keadle, practice for many years in West Virginia. |
