NEW PARTNER NAMED The firm is pleased to announce that Benjamin J. Tartaglia, III has been elected partner as of January 1, 2005. Mr. Tartaglia was hired as an associate by the firm in 1996 following a clerkship with the firm that began in 1994. He is admitted to the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and practices in the areas of Motor Vehicle Litigation, Trucking and Common Carrier Claims, Subrogation Law and Premises Liability. Mr. Tartaglia earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bucknell University in 1993 and earned his Law Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1996. Besides practicing law, Mr. Tartaglia has been an adjunct professor for Seton Hall University since 1999, teaching in the university’s Human Resources Training and Development Graduate Studies Program.
