SEASONS GREETINGS

By Jay E. Mintzer, Esquire

As we reach the end of 2006, we look back upon a year that has had many challenges and many successes. While the world around us continues to evolve, grow, and transform itself on almost a daily basis, we have continued to strive for consistency for our clients.

As we have expanded over the last several years to meet our clients' needs, Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers has continued to provide our clients with personalized service. Moving into the new year, we are looking forward to several new projects to make us even more competitive in the marketplace and responsive to our clients' needs.

As many of you know from our past newsletters, we have undergone a technological transformation. We are now working with a state of the art case management and document creation program that provides us with real time updates as to the status of every file in our office. We are also actively focusing on e mail and desktop faxing to assist in providing more timely communications with all clients. For 2007, we are committed to continuing our transformation. We are planning a two day retreat for all our attorneys to address not only the technological advances and how best to use them, but also reiterating the principles that have brought us this far with our clients.

While we continue our progress, we want to assure all our clients and friends that we are committed to you. We wish everyone Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.
