PITTSBURGH/WEST VIRGINIA OFFICE MOVES TO NEW LOCATION

Jay E. Mintzer, Esquire

Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyer, LLP is pleased to announce that its Pittsburgh/West Virginia office is moving to a new location. Beginning September 1, 2006, the office will be located in the Dominion Tower located at 625 Liberty Avenue, Suite 390, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. The Pittsburgh/West Virginia office serves the western half of Pennsylvania, as well as the entire State of West Virginia. The caseload in the office is growing at a dynamic rate and the move into the new office will allow the office staff to grow accordingly. We believe that the new office will help us better serve our clients because of its proximity to many of the Courts in which we practice.

The office is managed by Jennifer Keadle Mason, who received her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Richmond in 1990. Ms. Mason received her Law Degree from West Virginia University in 1994. Ms. Mason worked for two insurance companies before and during law school, State Farm and Oak Casualty. She was a BI/PD adjuster for three years and later represented clients on behalf of these carriers.

Ms. Mason has served as a district representative for the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division District 18 from West Virginia and Ohio, a past member of the Board of Governors for the West Virginia State Bar, Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the West Virginia State Bar and Member of U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, WV Advisory Board. She was also a board member to local not for profit organizations helping abused and neglected children: Court Appointed Special Advocates, Harmony House Child Advocacy Center, and Children's Home of Wheeling.

Ms. Mason comes from a family with a history of legal service. Her Uncle is The Honorable Thomas H. Keadle who is a Judge in the Twenty-Sixth Judicial Circuit of West Virginia which serves Lewis and Upshur Counties. Ms. Mason is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She practices in the areas of General Liability Defense, Commercial Liability, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Coverage Litigation and Personal Injury Defense.

As part of the growth of the Pittsburgh/West Virginia office, the firm recently hired attorney Arthur W. Zamosky. Mr. Zamosky received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Waynesburg College in 1996 and his Law Degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1999. Mr. Zamosky is admitted to practice in the Courts of Pennsylvania and will be licensed in West Virginia in the near future. He practices in the areas of General Liability Defense, Commercial Liability, Medical Malpractice, Workers' Compensation, Products Liability, Coverage Litigation and Personal Injury Defense.

As our valued Clients' needs in this region continue to grow, so too will the staff in the Pittsburgh/West Virginia office. The new office space will allow this expansion to occur in a smooth and effective manner.
