TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES AT MSZL&M Jay E. Mintzer, Esquire
Over the last several years, we have taken great strides to increase our abilities to assist our clients. At the forefront of our effort was multi-year effort that saw a complete revitalization of our technological abilities at MSZL&M. We have installed and intergrated one of the most dynamic case management programs available into our network. ProLaw is a multi-functional tool that we use to manage all documents, conflicts, scheduling, and case information. It is, in essence, a virtual file, that allows us greater flexibility in serving client needs. We have also updated our word processing systems, installing Microsoft Word for all personnel. This will greatly enhance our ability to communicate more effectively with clients and insurers.
