Lori Reiner Rovins was born in Brooklyn, New York. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Brandeis University in 1982. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1986.

Ms. Rovins is admitted in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her areas of practice include general liability defense, premises liability, products liability and motor vehicle litigation.
