Randy J. Lipkien was born in Santa Monica, California and was raised in Miami, Florida. In 2000, he obtained his undergraduate degree from the Florida State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Finance. Mr. Lipkien went on to Nova Southeastern University School of Law and received his Law Degree in 2003. Mr. Lipkien served as an intern with the Broward County State Attorney’s office prosecuting misdemeanor crimes.

Upon graduation Mr. Lipkien joined the firm of Rudd and Diamond, P.A in Miami, Florida where he was responsible for defending auto negligence, slip and fall, insurance coverage, and wrongful death cases. In 2009, he joined the law firm of Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers where he practices in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, and motor vehicle liability.

Mr. Lipkien is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Lipkien is a member of the Florida Bar Association.
