R. Kotler Joel R. Kotler was born in Wayne, New Jersey. He received his Bachelors Degree in Business and Real Estate from Temple University in 1986. Mr. Kotler received his Law Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996. Mr. Kotler is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
