A. Frucchione
Frucchione graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 1997. While a law student, he was a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. While in law school, he served as a law clerk with New York State Supreme Court, Nassau County Justice Robert Schmidt, as a legal intern with the Federal Aviation Administration and as a law clerk with the New York State Attorney Grievance Committee for the 2nd and 11th Judicial Districts. Out of law school, Frucchione was an associate with a general practice firm in Queens. His broad ranging practice included personal injury litigation, commercial litigation and real estate. He successfully tried multiple personal injury cases to verdict and successfully resolved hundreds of matters. Frucchione joined Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers, LLP in 2000. Since that time, he has successfully litigated a wide variety of matters, including general liability, transportation, products liability, premises liability, construction, labor law, motor vehicle, professional liability, medical malpractice, workers compensation and insurance coverage cases. He has successfully tried numerous cases in the State Courts of New York. Frucchione handles many of the firm's catastrophic loss cases, particularly in the area of motor vehicle litigation. Frucchione was nominated and has become a member of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM). CLM is an alliance of select attorneys, law firms, insurance companies, risk managers and general counsel of some of the nation’s largest businesses, coming together to promote high levels of performance and ethics in defense litigation. Selection of attorneys and law firms to the Council is indicative of their reputation for performance, ethics and professional commitment to the community and diversity. Frucchione is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and the state courts of Maryland. He has been requested by various companies to lecture on issues arising out of automobile litigation, premises liability and construction litigation. Education
