| Brett L. Huston Brett L. Huston was born in Johnstown, PA. After graduating from high school, Mr. Huston attended the University of Delaware where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2000. Thereafter, Mr. Huston attended Duquesne University School of Law and graduated with his Law Degree in 2003. Following law school, Mr. Huston worked in the areas of insurance defense, focusing on automobile liability, insurance coverage disputes and workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Huston is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He currently practices in the areas of general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation matters. He also specializes in the defense of professional liability claims against architects and engineers. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Mr. Huston also serves as Co-Vice Chair of the EDiscovery practice group. In this capacity, Mr. Huston has participated in the review, quality assurance and production of ediscovery documents with regard to a multi-million dollar lawsuit in the State of West Virginia. Additionally, he has attended numerous seminars and courses dealing with best practices with regard to ediscovery, including those sponsored by the Sedona Conference, The Defense Research Institute and The Western District of Pennsylvania Federal Bar Association.
