James P. Backenson James P. Backenson was born in Stratford, New Jersey.
He received a Bachelors of Science Degree from The Richard Stockton College
of New Jersey in 1998. Mr. Backenson received his Law Degree from Rutgers
School of Law – Camden in 2001.
Mr. Backenson began his legal career as the Law
Clerk to the Honorable Samuel L. Supnick, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of
New Jersey – Camden. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and
Pennsylvania. Mr. Backenson is also a member of the Bar of the United States
District Court New Jersey. He
practices in the areas of General Liability Defense and Workers’
Compensation.
